Office Groping Can An Employer Sue His Employees For Sexual Harassment?

Can an employer sue his employees for sexual harassment? - office groping

Not all. Only about half a dozen. In a first step, in order, to be honest, it's very flattering, but now I can park my to my office without groping, jokes and generally get to know their demands for satisfaction.

They are all very attractive women and a man, and good employees. I think I could fire, but with labor law, as they are, I fear a lawsuit for wrongful dismissal

  1. Wow, I have the same problem, only worse. It started with a half-dozen women are really attractive, but has now expanded to the point that all women in the office loves me. I am not just younger women, even the older, married women were thrown at me. my proposal to install cameras, and the sale of soft-porn videos.

  2. Nope ... wrongful termination ... You will not be fired for sexual harassment and insubordination. Fire and the rest should get the message loud and clear!
